PhillipDutton-Devoucoux.com has a no questions asked two weeks return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please call customer service at 1-800-847-7785 to initiate your return. We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please return your item in its original packaging along with a note stating your Name, Address, Phone number and RMA number. Your account will be credited with your refund once we receive the returned merchandise providing it has not been used. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
